I run my business with transparency and the pricing should reflect that too. My pricing is based on the type and amount of work I do monthly, not how big your company is or how much it brings in. If you ever have any questions, please ask and I'd be happy to explain the calculations.

How monthly bookkeeping works
Hands-Free Bookkeeping
You leave the number-crunching to me. Based on your chosen plan, I'll take care of all the bookkeeping tasks within the stipulated scope. You can focus on what you do best - growing your business.
communication is key
By the 7th of the following month, I'll upload any questions related to your transactions or bookkeeping in your client portal and you'll get an email or text notification letting you know. If I'm missing statements for any of your accounts, I'll ask you to upload those.
precise reconciliation
Reconciliation is our way of ensuring there's perfect alignment between our records in the accounting software and your actual bank statements, loans, and other accounts. Once I've got all the necessary details from you, I'll thoroughly reconcile each account.
insightful monthly reports
Upon reconciliation, you'll receive detailed monthly financial reports, including the Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. These insights highlight the financial state of your business for that month, quarter, or year. Should you need any additional reports, just let me know, and we'll arrange it based on our discussions.

Depending on your plan, you can schedule a specific amount of time with me each month, in which we can review the financial reports, answer any questions you may have, discuss future strategies, or talk about anything you want to feel good about your business financials.
Billing Details:
All of my monthly bookkeeping plans are invoiced on the first day of each month and must be paid by the 5th of that month. The invoice you receive will allow you to make this an automatic payment.
